This session invites participants to reflect on their experiences as professional women, unpacking challenges, and crafting solutions for these blended roles. We’ll also explore whether women leave corporations due to lack of confidence or if they’re pushed out, with research suggesting both. The seminar will address barriers like gender biases and discrimination, and conclude with strategies to overcome stereotypes and advance success in business for both men and women.
