When it comes to compensation and benefits, in general, most respondents were somewhat satisfied with their pay and rewards and felt that it was in line with their skills and experience. During 2022 and 2023, employers continued to compete for talent and work to offset inflation costs for workers. National wages from Q2 2022-Q2 2023 rose 3.2% while both Tulsa and Cleveland counties reported wage changes above the national average. Pay and Rewards
