2023 Voice of the Workforce

As the “great resignation” made local and national headlines during the pandemic, we wanted to get a pulse on workers' intentions to quit in 2023. Only 12.1% stated that they were extremely likely to leave their job within the next six months. As a comparison, 25% of respondents responded ‘yes’ to a similar question we asked in a 2021-2022 study.
