United Way of Payne County 2024 Community Status Report

The Saville Center reported that sexual abuse was the largest category of case type followed by neglect. While servicing these cases, the Saville Center provided 810 free services including forensic interviews, mental health resources, sexual assault examinations, victim advocacy, prevention and access to the child abuse response, evaluations and support team (CARES team). That number is up from 775 services provided in 2022. A total of 472 individual children received services in 2023 with the breakdown of service type shown in Figure 33.
