Organizational Behavior: A Practical Problem- Solving Approach

Dr. Raj Basu— Associate Professor, Department of Management in the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University

This seminar will help participants understand and apply organizational behavior concepts to inspire and lead coworkers. Participants will experience practical application, storytelling, and be involved with multiple exer- cises and a video that helps explain concepts. This program is geared to improve performance at all levels and is a refresher program for senior-level managers.

This seminar is offered by the Department of Management and the Center for Executive and Professional Development. Participants receive 0.3 continuing education units (CEUs) for this three-hour seminar.
