Supervisory Program: Leadership, Mentoring, and Coaching for Outstanding Performance Dr. Matthew Bowler — Director of the MBA Program and Associate Professor of Management in the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University and Dr. Raj Basu — Management faculty in the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University

This two-day seminar is designed to help employees make the transition to first-line management. At this level, people skills are important. This seminar will help you better understand your beliefs as well as how you can enhance your management skills.

Dr. Bowler will cover “Changing Roles” the first day, and Dr. Basu will present “Mentoring,” “Enhancing Employee Performance” and “Coaching and Employee Enhancement” the second day.

This seminar is sponsored by the Department of Management and the Center for Executive and Professional Development in the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University. Participants earn 1.2 continuing education units (CEUs) upon completion of this seminar.
