Abbey Davis, Ph.D., PHR, SHRM-CP Abbey Davis is currently the Director for the Center of the Future of Work and an Assistant Professor of Professional Practice for Business Administration in the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University. Before joining OSU, Abbey worked as a full-time corporate HR professional specializing in the areas of talent development, orga- nizational development, performance management and compensation. She has supported internal business clients with these specializations in both energy and manufacturing industries. Abbey received her bachelor’s degree in human resources and M.B.A. from OSU. In 2016, Abbey was recognized as an Outstanding Young Alumni for the Spears School of Business. Abbey stays connected with students through the Spears mentoring program and serving on the OSU MBA Advisory Board.
