Stephanie Phipps, Ph.D., MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP Stephanie Phipps is a Professor of Professional Practice in Manage- ment at Oklahoma State University’s, Spears School of Business. She holds a B.S. in I/O Psychology from Missouri State University, a M.A. in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, an MBA from Okla- homa Christian University and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University. She currently teaches Management, Strategy and Professional Devel- opment in the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State Universi- ty. Her dissertation work was completed in the area of organizational culture, private equity and leadership attributes. Her current research interests fall in the area of organizational culture, strategy, executive leadership and TMTs, and corporate social responsibility (CSR). She also works with businesses in consulting on executive leadership and top-management team development, executive and non-ex- ecutive compensation plans, and organizational strategy (including culture development)
