Stephanie Royce, Ph.D.
Dr. Stephanie Royce is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Executive Ph.D. director at the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University. Her interest is organizational behavior focusing on counter-productive work behaviors, employee deviance, social undermining, and abusive supervision. Her current research examines the effect of leadership on workplace deviance and employee performance outcomes. Stephanie earned a B.S. and M.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management and a Ph.D. at Oklahoma State University, and has over 20 years experi- ence in manufacturing, process improvement, and project management. Stephanie is currently Operations Manager at Weamco, an oil and gas equipment manufacturer in Sapulpa where, in addition to overall opera- tions, she is responsible for human resource development and training.
