Pearl Sumathi, Ed.D. Dr. Pearl Sumathi comes with more than 20 years of experience in human resources with close to a decade experience in creating award-winning learning programs. While working at Wharton Executive Education she has created top-notch, custom-driven leadership development programs for emerging and senior leaders from top global companies. In her previous job as the Chief Learning Officer of Lincoln Financial Group, she established a successful learning and development function that won two major industry accolades: 2018 Learning Elite Award for the top companies in learning and the 2017 Trail Blazer Award given to exemplary learning leaders who completely overhauled existing workforce development initiatives.
Pearl has a doctorate in education from University of Pennsylvania where her dissertation focused on branding the learning function.
