Marc Tower, Ed.D. Dr. Marc Tower is the Assistant Dean for Innovation Education and Growth in the Spears School of Business and Associate Professor of Professional Practice in the School of Entrepreneurship. He has three degrees from OSU, all from different colleges; a B.S. in Electronic Engineering Technology, and M.B.A. from the Spears School of Business and a doc- torate from the College of Education. From being a scout pilot for the U.S. Army to consulting with small to very large companies on process, organization and effectiveness, Marc has always worked on making better. Having worked in military, engineering, commercial software, construction, and financial services, he has broad experience that helps him to show other how to apply Business Process Improvement principles to any situation. For the last few years, Marc has been at OSU helping students, faculty, and staff learn practical steps to leveraging their creativity, research, and passion into businesses.
