Phase 1: Integrating ESG into a Successful Business Strategy Educational session designed to highlight how an organization can build a competitive advantage through imbedding a unique ESG program with the organization’s business strategy and culture to create optimal performance. Phase 2: Assessment and Recommendations Facilitation of executive leadership sessions to build a plan around the alignment of ESG initiatives with the organi- zation’s strategy and culture. Phase 3: Implement a Plan of Improvement in areas of focus for the company. Work hand-in-hand with the businesses leadership team to develop action items based on building a custom ESG program for the organization.
