Executive Coaching for Emerging Leaders
Dr. Raj Basu — Management faculty in the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University and Dr. Abbey Davis — Director for the Center for the Future of Work, Spears School of Business, and Assistant Professor of Practice, Oklahoma State University Most organizations have emerging leaders eager to take on new challenges, but do they have the skills necessary to hit the ground running? We designed Executive Coaching for Emerging Leaders to do just that—equip rising stars with the skills and tools to become high-performance leaders and coaches. But, developing sustainable behavioral change takes time, so we chose a six-month cohort approach with facilitator-led coaching sessions, group coaching sessions, and weekly participant-led check-ins. Led by the dynamic and knowledgeable duo of Spears professors, Dr. Raj Basu and Abbey Davis will provide insights and practical how-to skills for leadership, decision-making, innovation, and sustainable change. And the cohort experience is guaranteed to enhance everyone’s leadership potential. High-Stakes Decision-Making — Lessons from Mt. Everest (1.5 hours) with Dr. Raj Basu ii. Developing as an Agile Leader— Workshop (1.5 hours) with Abbey Davis C. Wrap-up session i.
