Individualized Executive Coaching
This six-month, client-driven coaching engagement is focused on professional performance and career development, with 6–8 structured sessions tailored to the client’s goals. Clients can expect a confidential, collaborative process that uses research-validated assessments, targeted discussions, and actionable strategies to identify challenges and accelerate growth. Success in the engagement depends on the client’s commitment to the process, while the coach provides guidance strictly within the scope of executive coaching.
COACHING SERVICES
Coaching is a relationship which is designed and defined by the client and is based on the client’s expressed interests, needs and goals related to successful job execution and/or career progression. The coach will use questions, discussion, requests, interviews and research validated assessments to assist the client in identifying potential challenges/opportunities and targeting development objectives The coach is an Executive Coach, and to that end will provide executive coaching services only. The coach does not provide personal counseling, psychological therapy or other related services provided by trained and certified counselors.
