Executive presence is difficult to define but something many of us strives to achieve. The Center for Talent Innovation says that being perceived as a leader is a prerequisite of being promoted to the next level. Forbes defines executive presence as the ability to project confidence and poise under pressure and to appear decisive. Individuals with executive presence often speak up, use strong and clear language, communicate with passion and energy, and display positive body language.
In this seminar, you will learn about helping relay a perception of self-confidence and a willingness to deal with unpre- dictable situations that often come with executive leadership responsibilities.
