The modern workplace is driven by new technologies, a rapidly changing economy, and the need to communicate with different audiences from all over the globe. Writing, specifically email, is the medium that conducts much of this business and connects the modern world. With email being the dominant form of business communication, business professionals must learn and practice proper email etiquette. This seminar will discuss the advantages of using email in the work environment and how to write these messages to maximize effectiveness and efficiency. You will also learn how to avoid common pitfalls of email use that can quickly turn your writing efforts into wasted time. Using the proper techniques and following a few basic guidelines, you will discover how to use email to simplify your work communication and communicate your message.
