Industry 4.0 is here, and it’s bringing a wealth of radical innovation, connectivity, and opportunity. Technological innovations has forever changed how we communicate, collaborate, and learn. Just about every business model in existence today, will be transformed and those who are not able to adapt, may be left behind. As organizations evolve and adapt, leaders need to be preparing and developing their employees as well. The need to develop a team of agile learners has never been higher and in this workshop, participants will learn how to foster a mindset of learning agility with their teams. Teams of agile learners can not only keep up, but they can help identify and drive innovation. Leaders who are able to foster and develop an agile mindset and skill set in their teams, will be those who lead us to the next phase of Industry 4.0. Participants will learn about the innovations and advancements that are anticipated in the coming years with Industry 4.0. Participants will also learn effective strategies to develop as an agile learner so that they can help anticipate and drive innovation inside their organization, and develop this skill set with their teams.
