James M. Pappas, Ph.D. Dr. James M. Pappas is an Associate Professor and Head of the Management Department at Oklahoma State University.
Jim conducts research in the areas of middle management and social networks, including research in sales and health care management.
With a background in economics, Jim received M.B.A. and M.H.A. degrees from the University of Washington and a Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts.
